Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

TweezLight international LLC must be notified and authorize any items subject to return or exchange.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned or exchanged items and is reliable for the risk of lost packages during shipping.

Full Refund (excluding shipping and handling fee) is ONLY issued, if and only when, product has manufacturer’s defect or was received damaged, otherwise, store credit will be available for future purchases (no expiration). Customer agrees that all returned products are in 100% re-saleable condition, just as shipped and DO NOT have to return “free gifts” (these are complimentary). Return/Exchange authorization can be received by emailing us directly at info@tweezlight.com. Once RA number is provided, please follow the below instructions to insure that your return/exchange is received and processed correctly. Any unidentified return packages received will be refused immediately. Returns/Exchanges are only eligible within 14 days of original purchase date. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

Returning or Exchanging Merchandise

In order to return/exchange any merchandise, you must first obtain an RA number by emailing info@tweezlight.com within 14 days of receiving order. Customer is responsible for shipping back products at their own expense and responsibility. Exchanges are possible for items available in stock.

All original Invoices or Packing Lists must accompany package during return/exchange.

Returning Defective Merchandise

In order to return/exchange any merchandise, you must first obtain an RA number by emailing info@tweezlight.com within 7 days of receiving order.

Defective items are ONLY accepted if the goods were shipped to customer damaged or damaged by courier service. All returns claiming to be “faulty” will be inspected and any item considered with unfair use from negligence or abuse will not be accepted as “faulty”.

Defective items can only be exchanged with the same item, subject to availability.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be made within 3-4 weeks of date of return package receipt. All good condition, correctly shipped product returns will be issued as store credit to be used anytime by customer, no expiration. Unit cost and sales tax for all shipments within USA will ONLY be subject to credit, no shipping credits available.

Cancellations

Orders are processed and shipped same day (if placed before 2:00pm PST) or next day (if placed after 2:01pm PST). Once orders are processed, credit cards are charged, and order has shipped out, NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED.
